AWS without credit card?

I am a student and I don't have a credit card right now, how can I register for AWS?

  Credit card is required to enable your AWS account. You can use this website (https://www.entropay.com/) to get the virtual card I am using this one in my aws account.

  I have created a virtual credit card. but the card details are not valid.
