Do all of our teammates have to be of age 18 or above by the date of entry to participate in this Hackathon?

One of my teammates is 17, and the eligibility says we must reach the "age of maturity." Can he participate, even though he isn't 18 yet? Who should I contact about this?

  Yes, all team members must be of legal age to participate in the competition to comply with contest laws.
